Our Cookery Classes
Our classes are set up to be both demonstrative and interactive, with all the tools you need to learn from the very best chefs in Essex. We limit each class to 6-8 guests although one to one and corporate hire classes are available on request. For a group of 5 or more, you can select any class, date and time of your choosing. THE PERFECT ROAST & SHIRAZ
This class is all about cooking the perfect Sunday Lunch. We will roast three different meats, beef, lamb and chicken, along with tips on vegetables and potatoes, yorkies and gravies.

We will also cook a classic apple pie and sticky toffee pudding.

Two course lunch with a glass of shiraz included (additional selections of wine available)
CHOCOLATE, CHOCOLATE, CHOCOLATE
We will create a selection of chocolates and truffles for you to takeaway. We will also cook a dark chocolate fondant to eat on the day along with a tasting of chocolate from around the world with a chocolate cocktail.

PASTA FISH & ROSE
Homemade pasta and freshly prepared fish and shellfish are a wonderful combination and are very satisfying to create tasty dishes.
We will take you through how to make your own fresh pasta, using traditional methods and techniques, creating some interesting shapes and styles. We will be teaching you how to cook and prepare lobster, crab, scallops and mussels. Showing you how to cook and serve with appropriate sauces to go with your pasta.

STOCKS & SAUCE - 1
A class dedicated to classic and modern sauces and stocks. Learn how to make a wide selection of different sauces to go with fish, meat and vegetables. These really will WOW at your next Dinner Party or a Romantic Saturday Night Meal!
